Tough Screen Color LCD Display is offered in a 1-Channel or 4-Channel configuration. Data is displayed numerically along with a bar graph which is updated with high frequency so the operator can observe if the process is stable or fluctuating. Hi/Lo limits can be set to create limits on the bar graph. When the current tension value is below the lower limit or above the hi limit, the bar will turn RED.
The touch screen system allows for easy and convenient setup. The MU621-LIMIT can be supplied in a enclosure or supplied in component form to be installed in existing control panel. The hi/lo limits can trigger built-in relay contacts. Additionally, the PLC-based solution can be programmed with application specific behavior tailored to each application.
