TI-25LT Low Cost Steel Thickness Gauge |
Measuring Range
0.040 - 6.00 inches
1.00 - 150.0 mm
The new CHECK-LINE TI-25LT Steel Thickness Gauge accurately measures steel thickness and the extent of corrosion - from only one side!
Standard configuration: In its standard configuration, the TI-25LT is factory set to MEASURE STEEL ONLY
Optional configuration: As a “no cost” option, the TI-25LT can be factory set to measure on stainless steel.
Easy upgrade to full TI-25M functionality (refer to separate data sheet). TI-25M measures on all metals, ceramics, glass and most rigid plastics. It provides Single Reading and Scan modes, where the probe is dragged over a large measuring area. The minimum reading recorded during the "scan" is displayed.
Upgrade to TI-25M requires factory
installation of enhanced circuit board, new firmware and keypad. |

Resolution of 0.004 inch (0.01 mm) | Large, backlit LCD display retains last reading
| Simple operator controls virtually eliminate training | Special-purpose probes are offered for a variety of applications | The gauge is impact-resistant and environmentally sealed to provide trouble-free operation under the toughest field conditions |
| Switch-selected units for inches or mm | For underwater surveying, probe cable lengths up to 50 feet are optionally | The TI-25LT probe is waterproof and can be submerged in water | CE Certified | Includes NIST Calibration Certificate |
